FAQs

How do I schedule a conultation?

First step is to book your complimentary 15-minute consultation, by filling out the contact form, ensure we’re a good fit and that your goals or challenges align with my areas of expertise. Once we’ve established that it’s a good fit for both parties, I’ll send you a scheduling link for calls on on-site visits.

Can I arrange a single consultation?

Yes, you absolutely can. The process still starts with a 15-minute conversation, free of charge, to make sure that we’re a good fit. After that meeting, I’ll send you a scheduling link to arrange your consultation.

What types of consulting services do you offer?

I provide guidance on a wide range of equine management topics including pasture and facility design, herd management, arena design, horse behavior, and overall care systems that promote healthy, balanced horses and efficient operations. See our What We Do page for more information and ideas.

Can you help with track systems?

Yes, I love a good track system. While not every horse, facility or facility owner is a good fit for a track system, many horses benefit from a well designed track system.

Who can benefit from your services?

My consulting is ideal for horse owners and barn or farm owners who want to create safe, functional, and wellness-focused environments for their horses—whether you manage a private barn, training facility, or larger equestrian property.

What are your fees?

Consultations are billed at a base rate of $125 per hour, with a one-hour minimum for on-site visits and 30-minutes for phone calls. Time is billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. Travel time, reports, and email correspondences requiring professional input are billed at the same rate.

Do you offer on-site visits or virtual consultations?

Yes. I offer both in-person consultations for local clients and virtual sessions for those farther away. The approach depends on your needs, project scope, and location.

What types of facilities do you work with?

I work with a variety of operations—from private barns and small boarding facilities to larger training centers and ranches. Each consultation is tailored to your unique goals, environment, and horses.
